Bad case of the blaaaahs
Yup. The past couple of days have been an endless parade of blaaaah-ness, and I’m not sure why. I just feel no motivation to exercise whatsoever.
It’s especially strange considering I’ve made really good progress, but whatever. I think tomorrow is gonna be a good day :)
I’m gonna change up my exercise routine, so instead of doing insanity 5-6 days a week and strength...

OMG Where have I been?!

I spent 2 and half weeks in Puerto Rico, and I did not realize how much I needed it. I have returned home feeling energized and motivated.
Now that I’m back home, I have to get back into the routine I had established before I left, which I’m kind of excited for....
