Your Workout Soundtrack! Part 1
So, one of the most important factors to my workout experience is music.
If I’m not feeling the music, I slack and focus more on how tired I am and is this last rep really necessary?

Back on track, for real this time!
Lately, I’ve been pretty absent from my fitblr. To be honest, I’ve been ‘absent’ from fitness in my life in general, ha.
