Woooo a progress post!

It’s been a while, but I finally got around to taking another progress picture, sooo here it is!

Sorry about my messy desk in the background and my arms and head getting weirdly chopped off…

Progress!

I wasn’t really sure what to expect from my first progress check, but I’m definitely pretty happy!

I did the Insanity fitness test, and I had some major improvement there.

Best of all, my measurements have gone down!

  • Waist before: 31”
  • Waist currently: 30”
  • Hips before: 38.5”
  • Hips currently: 37.5”
  • Thigh before: 24”
  • Thigh currently: 23.5”

This is only after two weeks, so I’m very excited :)

Survived…(barely)

So, I got off my butt and did Insanity today. If any of you are familiar with it, the program starts off with a fitness test. The idea is that you go back and do the fitness test every two weeks to track your progress. Suffice it to say that the fitness test totally KICKED MY ASS. Tomorrow I start the real workouts…I foresee that I will need someone to scrape what’s left of me off of my living room floor with a spatula.

Anyway, so I’ve got some other fun stuff to share. Measurements and a before photo! Exciting.

Measurements are as follows:

  • Waist (natural)- 31”
  • Hips- 38.5”
  • Thigh- 24”

Now I definitely need an awesome ‘after’ pic. Yikes. Since Insanity’s fitness tests are every two weeks, I’ll be posting updated photos and measurements every two weeks. It makes sense right?
